We worked with David on 2 other VRBO in December 2022. Received a call right before Christmas 2023 with a question. If he bought a new home, could we get it ready to list on VRBO and AirBNB by December 31, 2023- yes, that was with less than 1 week notice

To our surprise, David bought (2) homes that week! One on College and one on Carrollton. Both homes had to be ready to go with less than 1 week notice. (notice included 4 days he needed to close on homes, so we really had just 3 days to stage 2 full homes!) Thanks to Amazon and Wayfair quick ships, plus having HHS in house inventory that had not be used previously, we met the challenge! This was a super fun project and we are so happy for seller to start 2024 off right by doubling his VRBO portfolio
