GORGEOUs cabin that sleeps up to 15 people in the Smokies Existing AirBNB needed facelift!
Personal project for the owners of HHS
After staging so many local AirBnB homes, and being 30+ years in the renal investment business ourselves, we decided to take the plunge into the STR world...research led us to the Smokies where we found this great cabin large enough to host 15 guests
The cabin had really dated decor, poor scores on AirBNB and was in need of a paint job and deep clean but it had good bones for our project
Purchased in May 2024, we got right to work by having the entire exterior painted, installing new light fixtures and painting inside. Most of the existing furniture and items in the house went out to the driveway with a "FREE" sign on them and we got to work giving the home a deep clean and decor overhaul. The home went live on AirBNB on May 20th, 2024 with first guest arriving just 2 days later!!! That was fast. The cabin has been booked solid since and currently has an excellent star rating with many happy guests and nice profits for the owners

Decor was dated, dirty, uninviting and client score was low on AirBnB. Reservations had all but dried up for this cabin before HHS did it's refresh! Now it's booked solid and has high scores...
